INSTRUMENTS AND PRODUCTS

Our instruments and product are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship when use for their intended surgical or dental purpose, any of our product that proves defective in workmanship or material will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion, without charge. We are proud to provide one year’s warranty on all of our products.

REPAIRS

Instruments and products repaired by us are guaranteed to be free of defects in Material and workmanship for 90 Days when use for the intended surgical or dental purpose. Any of our repairs that prove defective in workmanship or material within this 90-day period will either be repaired again or replaced, without charge. Instruments must be cleaned and sterilized prior to returning to us.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

This Warranty is void for instruments and products serviced by person of facility other then us. Any custom made, Custom etched or neutralized product are not returnable. Warranties are not valid for those instruments and products that prove defective as a result of improper care and cleaning or mis-use. Instrument or products that are damaged in fire, flood and other disasters are also excluded from warranty.

In addition, in no event we will be liable for any incidental, special or exemplary damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of our instrument and products.
